Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] for your use of Ayush on the web and in our apps. By creating a Health ID you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer.

2. What Ayush is, and is not

Ayush is a lifestyle and wellness guidance service. It creates diet, activity, yoga, sleep and stress plans from published guidelines. It is not a medical device, a telemedicine service or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Ayush does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and never advises changing or stopping medicines.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or between 13 and 17 with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Ayush is not available to children under 13.

4. Your account and Health ID

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Your plan depends on it.
• Keep your device and sign-in codes secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• One person per Health ID. Do not create an account for someone else without their consent, or their guardian's.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Ayush. That includes trying to access other users' data, interfering with security, reverse-engineering the service, scraping content, uploading malicious code, or using Ayush to harass anyone or to post unlawful content.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is billed monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel.
• On the web you can pay by UPI, card or net banking through our payment provider. In the apps, billing is handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms.
• You can cancel at any time. Premium continues until the end of the paid period.
• If you are not satisfied with your first Premium purchase on the web, ask for a full refund within 7 days. Other refunds follow applicable law and app-store policies.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and it will apply from your next renewal.

7. Content and licences

Ayush's software, plans, recipes, articles, illustrations and design are owned by [Legal entity name] or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own health. You may print or share your own doctor report.

If you post content in community features, you keep ownership of it and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate it within Ayush. You can delete it at any time. Do not post anything you don't have the right to share, or other people's health information.

8. AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to explain and personalise your plan. AI output works within Ayush's safety rules but can contain errors. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. AI coaching is optional and off by default. See Use of AI.

9. Community features

Community spaces are optional and moderated. We may remove content or suspend access for breaking these Terms or our community guidelines, especially for medical misinformation, promotion of unsafe practices, harassment or sharing others' personal data.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Ayush is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm arising from not seeking or delaying professional medical advice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using Ayush and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most issues can be resolved quickly.
