In a medical emergency, call 112 or 108 immediately. Do not use Ayush to seek help in an emergency. For mental health crises, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 112.
Lifestyle guidance, not medical advice
Ayush provides general wellness and lifestyle information about food, physical activity, yoga, sleep and stress. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
Your doctor comes first
- Always talk to a qualified doctor about your health, especially before starting a new diet or exercise programme if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are recovering from surgery, or take regular medicines.
- Never change, reduce or stop any medicine because of something in Ayush. Ayush never advises this.
- Do not ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read in Ayush.
Exercise and yoga
Physical activity carries some risk. Stop and seek help if you feel chest pain, unusual breathlessness, dizziness, or pain that does not settle. Learn yoga postures from a trained teacher where possible. Ayush removes practices it knows to be unsuitable for the conditions you tell us about, but it cannot know everything about your body.
Readings and alerts
Ayush relies on the readings you enter and cannot check their accuracy. Alerts are there to prompt you to seek care; the absence of an alert does not mean you are well.
Estimates are not promises
Projected timelines and targets are estimates based on published averages. Individual results vary.
Clinical review
Ayush content and plan rules are reviewed by qualified clinicians before release. Review status is shown in the app.
