How your plan comes together

Six steps, from first sign-up to staying well.

  1. Health ID

Sign up with your mobile or email. You get a private Health ID to share with your doctor.

  2. Health profile

Eight short steps: conditions, reports, work, food, fitness and goals. Save and finish later.

  3. Safety check

Symptoms that need a doctor stop the flow. Poses and exercises that don't suit your conditions are removed.

  4. Your plan

Food, movement, yoga, sleep and mind, as a daily checklist with the reasons and sources behind each rule.

  5. Weekly review

Your logs and checklist set next week's plan. Rising readings prompt a doctor visit.

  6. Maintenance

Reach your goal and the plan relaxes to monthly check-ins and a re-assessment every 3 months.

Five parts of one plan

Everything in your day, planned together.

Meals, movement and sleep affect each other. Ayush plans them as one day, so your walk follows lunch and your dinner finishes before your wind-down.

Food

  • Daily meals from Maharashtrian, Gujarati, South Indian, North Indian, Bengali or global kitchens
  • Calories, protein, fibre, salt and glycaemic load for every meal
  • Vegetarian, Jain, vegan, eggetarian and non-vegetarian versions
  • Grocery list, fasting-day menus and an eating-out guide

Movement

  • Walking and strength plans set by age band and condition
  • Low-impact options for knees, hips and higher body weight
  • Desk-break routines for long working days
  • Steps and minutes that rise only as fast as you adapt

Yoga and breath

  • Sequences that follow the Common Yoga Protocol order
  • Poses removed automatically when your conditions call for it
  • Chair and single-leg variations where they exist
  • Pranayama and short meditation

Sleep

  • A fixed wake time and a realistic bedtime
  • Bedtime moved earlier by 15 minutes at a time
  • Caffeine, screen and dinner cut-offs
  • Routines for shift and night workers

Stress and mind

  • A one-minute breathing guide inside the app
  • Three-line evening journal prompts
  • Gentle check-ins on mood
  • Direct links to free Tele-MANAS support when needed

A real plan, not a template

What Shantaben's plan looks like.

Shantaben, 63, Borivali

Knee osteoarthritis, Jain Gujarati food, mostly at home, 30 minutes a day to spare.

Her plan leaves out 9 yoga and breathing practices that load the knees or don't suit her age, swaps squats for sit-to-stands from a high chair, adds balance work three days a week, and adapts every recipe to Jain cooking.

Our safety promise

What Ayush will never do.

Ayush is a wellness coach. It works alongside your doctor, never instead of them.

  • Diagnose you. We never tell you what condition you have.
  • Touch your medicines. We never suggest changing, reducing or stopping a medicine.
  • Ignore warning signs. Readings like 180/120 or sugar below 70 trigger a clear message to contact a doctor or call 112.
  • Sell your data. Your health information is never sold or used for advertising.
  • Show ads on health screens. No third-party trackers where your health data appears.
  • Promise results. Timelines are shown as estimates with the evidence behind them.

Your data, your control

Private by design, under India's data protection law.

Your Health ID does not reveal anything about your health. Every use of your data has its own consent switch, and you can export or delete everything from your profile at any time.

Read the Privacy Policy

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, with extra encryption on health fields
  • Stored on servers in India
  • Separate consent for plan building, reminders, AI coaching, wearables and research
  • Rights to access, correct, export and erase, as set out in the DPDP Act, 2023
  • A named Grievance Officer who replies within set timelines

Questions

Before you start

All questions and answers

Is Ayush a substitute for my doctor?

No. Ayush plans the lifestyle side of your health: food, activity, yoga, sleep and stress. Your doctor diagnoses, prescribes and adjusts treatment. The doctor report helps you share your plan and readings at your next visit.

Will it work with my regional food?

Plans currently draw on Maharashtrian, Gujarati, South Indian, North Indian, Bengali and global dishes, in vegetarian, Jain, vegan, eggetarian and non-vegetarian versions. More regions are being added.

Which languages are available?

English, Hindi and Marathi. Key screens and safety messages are available in all three today; full Hindi and Marathi translations of every page are in progress.

What happens when I reach my goal?

Your plan moves to maintenance: calories return to your needs, targets relax slightly, check-ins become monthly, and you get a full re-assessment every 3 months.

Your plan is about 8 minutes away.
